Founded in 2019, Milano Talent Factory (MTF S.r.l.) is an independent consulting company specializing in the development, production, distribution, and marketing of audiovisual and cinematic projects.

MTF provides end-to-end strategic consulting, supporting projects from early concept and packaging through production, financing, market positioning, and release. Our work spans creative development, financial and industrial coordination, marketing strategy, and national and international distribution.

We operate as a flexible, hands-on partner, working closely with producers, creatives, broadcasters, platforms, and distributors. Our approach combines creative sensitivity with strong industrial and market expertise, allowing us to design tailored solutions that respond to the specific needs of each project and its intended audience.

The company is led by Stefano Bethlen, whose more than twenty years of international industry experience include senior executive roles such as Chief Marketing Officer at The Walt Disney Company and Chief Executive Officer of Notorious Pictures. Under his leadership, MTF combines the energy and fresh perspective of a highly focused team with the expertise and recognized skills of seasoned professionals across development, production, marketing, distribution, business affairs, and administration. This careful selection and mix of talent allow MTF to maintain high professional standards while working efficiently across every phase of a project, from creative development to market positioning.
